Whisky Cocktails

Raise a glass to Rabbie Burns on 25th January with a cracking cocktail. Our talented mixologists will get you in the celebratory mood with some lip-smackingly good whisky cocktails. You’ll be ready to Ceilidh in no time.

Blind Whisky Tasting

Host your own blind whisky tasting at our uber-friendly pub in South-East London. All you’ll need to do is sip a few wee drams, and use our whisky flights to match each whisky to its tasting notes. Perfect for any whisky-lover, or an alternative date night.

Singleton of Dufftown

Region: Speyside, Scotland

Appearance: Rich amber, polished mahogany highlights.

Body: Medium to full-bodied.

Nose: First polished wood & nuts dominate, then stewed fruits, dried fruits, & soft brown sugar take over.

Palate: Sweetness & crunchy nuts impress at first, then a smooth, fruity Speyside richness. Firm, with a balancing sweetness. Brown sugar & espresso coffee. Warming & pleasant.

Finish: Medium to long, elegantly drying and crisp, sweetl & nutty.

Johnnie Walker Black

Region: Edinburgh, Scotland

Appearance: Deep golden, with darker depths.

Body: Medium bodied.

Nose: Sweetness wrapped in smoke, with a hint of pepper.

Palate: Sweet vanilla & creamy toffee.

Finish: Sweet fruit & smoky peat with mixed peels.

Johnnie Walker Red

Region: Cardhu, Caol Ila, Cameronbridge and Teaninich, Scotland

Appearance: Deep golden, with darker depths.

Body: Medium bodied.

Nose: Fresh and spicy with vibrant apple and citrus fruitiness, cinnamon and red pepper spice.

Palate: Sweet vanilla & creamy toffee.

Finish: Warming smoky finish.

Summer Bank Holiday

Spend your long weekend at The Depot, the perfect spot for every moment of the Bank Holiday. Friday is for after-work drinks, Saturday is made for brunch, Sunday brings our much-loved roasts, and Monday rounds things off with a laid-back Bank Holiday lunch. Throughout the weekend, we'll also be serving up our special Beer Can Chicken: a whole roasted chicken cooked with a can of Beavertown Neck Oil inside, served with corn on the cob and coleslaw, and made for sharing between 2 to 3 people.
